Man this is some seriously jaded viewpoint action. Like, where are you dudes coming from? Have you been there forever? HAve you ever considered reality?
Our reality and yours are obviously different matters. Are you suggesting that your own reality is not “jaded?” Actually there are more of us with a truly progressive “viewpoint” than you might have imagined or learned about from the severely-jaded “main stream media.” We’ll keep truckin and you can keep complaining.
I guess I am kind of confused by your desire to turn the U.S. into the same type of government that has been failing in the Euro-zone for so many years. Greece is not doing so well with their social give-away programs and Portugal, Spain, and even France are not far behind.
Why does if make sense to change America into another Greece when it is easier to just move to Greece and leave us the hell alone to pursue the kind of country that was originally envisioned by the Founders of the Constitution?
Good luck in your endeavors. I will be right beside you along the way resisting your changes and voting for candidates that are solidly Conservative and anti-”Progressive”.
The term “Principled Progressive” is an oxymoron.
Progressives are the ones who have improved the lives of hundreds of millions of people over the last hundred years. Which conservative parties have fought for raising the living standards of ordinary people?

To the extent that that statement is true, it has only been possible by lowering the standard of living of those whose money is confiscated in order to make progressives feel better about their own worthlessness and uselessness. It you weren’t worthless and useless, you wouldn’t need government to force you will on others; they would see the genius of your ideas on their own.
There isn’t enough lipstick even in Moochelle Obama’s purse to put a presentable face on the evil of Progressives; just look at her.
Principaled Progressive is not only an OXYMORON it is also Anti American way of life. It seems that altho Joe McCarthy was an anti-communist he was also definately an anti “progressive”. You people do great for a few years but then something happens. It seems that when you run out of other peoples money you get the economy that ALL americans and ALL of it’s illegal immigrants can’t afford to pay for. Food or gas, utilities? Forget it. It looks like we’re going to use firewood for cooking because your “progressive” policies put all ammenities out of the comman mans reach. Twas either M Thatcher or W churchill said progressives are fine till they run out of other peoples money. Progressives have brought down the economy since the 70′s and now “We the People” are going to take your policies mand dump them down the pooper where they belong. Progressives my arse./
Progressive tittle has a positive connotation and signifies growth whether intellectual,economical,political and social.the others who find it negative can best be described as regressive,obstructionist,sycophants and dogmatic.Progressives evolve while the regressives’ invariably stagnate in the status quo they perpetuate.
I feel so sorry that you liberals refuse to see the truth, even when it smacks you in the face. Obama/Holder instituted “fast and furious” . Thats a fact. Operation f&f was directly responsible for the murder of a border patrol agent. F&f has been responsible for the murder of untold countless murder of Mexicans in Mexico. The Mexican govt is looking into F7F as an act of war against it, Obama has bypassed the constitution by his illegal bombing of Libya and the killing of Libyan citizens. Obama has espoused socialist/communist propaganda as shown by the illegal obamacare law. Obama attended a church in Chicago for 20 some years that had as a pastor the “rev” Wright who hates all white people.This country is going to hell because of socialist/communist dogma in the Democratic party. Sixty thats 60 democrats are registered as socialist/communist party. The CPUSA has endorsed Obama. Every fact I have stated can easily be looked up by any intelligent person. Stop listening to the MSM and their leftest propafganda and start using your head for something more than a hat rack. The blinded liberals are destroying our country and all you do is rant about a group of people who want to save America for Americans.

I just came from the Doctors office were a man from Canada was waiting in line. Do you know that the number of mosques in the US has doubled since 9/11?? Do you feel that your freedom of speech is threatened if this country is under Sharia Law??
