Just so long as Mr. Obama sticks to his guns and doesn't end up compromising so that he lowers the corporate tax rate *and* leaves the loopholes in place. Besides, I'm not sure that it's going to work. Corporations have always been in love with the GOP and I doubt they're going to want to jump ship.

Well that is stupid. The GOP will just change it so the rate reduction stays but the deduction alterations are thrown out, and then they will bully Dems and the WH into signing on to it in support....like everything else the last few years. My God, our government is the biggest joke.

There's a reason the GOP loves Citizens United.
It's one vote per dollar, not one vote per person.

Romney is the epitome of the SuperPac candidate. Without the tons and tons of attack money, he wouldn't even be a viable candidate this year.

If nobody was allowed to spend money in politics, and if candidates just presented their ideas to the public and we voted on that, we'd have a solutions based debate. People with the best ideas will get in. Others with no substance would have to go home.

How can the state do something like this to wild animals in a state park? As far as Tricky Ricky Scott is concerned, every wild animal ought to end up dead on a dinner plate. Someone needs to fight this!

Dose anyone else get the whiff of sexual sadism rising from this movement? The whole women and children thing is beyond creepy. Shades of the rot at the heart of Roman Catholic priestly authoritarianism.

The cons hypocrisy knows no bounds. Both Romney and Huckabee - among the most vocal opponents of the contraceptive plan - had exactly the same laws on their books when they were governors. And Bush - the cons born again prez -- never lifted a finger to oppose such a law although it is present in 22 states. Why the Obama camp doesn't bring this up is beyond me.

We need to get religion out of our government. Freedom of religion and freedom FROM religion. This is the 21st century and old white men who hide in an religious order that allows the pervasive molestation of children have no business dictating what I can or cannot do with my body, especially my vagina and my uterus. Medical decisions should be between me and my doctor and insurance companies need to provide all services regardless of who may not like whatever specific service. This is about freedom and personal rights. The religious right and conservative MEN have no right over MY BODY MY LIFE MY CHOICE. GET YOUR RELIGION OUT OF MY GOVERNMENT AND OUT OF MY BODY.
